Children’s Parties or Lunch Parties
Whether you want to organise a small family event, or invite a crowd along, Cerne Abbas Village Hall makes an ideal venue to host a children’s party. Choose between either the Main Hall, or the Jubilee Meeting Room. Each can be hired with the addition of our modern and well equipped kitchen, if you wish to prepare your own food on site. Tea and coffee making facilities are included in the price. Both rooms are Bluetooth equipped to listen to your own music through our system, BluRay DVD player with surround sound, and Miracast to wirelessly project your content to the screen.
Ideal for children’s parties, there is enough space to hire in a magician, or a bouncy castle! Our village portal may give you some ideas for additional treats!
You might prefer to arrange a lunch party for your own friends. Feel free to use outside caterers or prepare your own food in our kitchen for no additional charge.
Whether you are planning a party for children or adults, you can spill onto the outside, covered terrace and lawns if the weather is pleasant. We ask you to inform us of this if you think it may be something you would consider so we do not book two events at the same time who intend to use this lovely space.
A typical party package, intended for day use, is for 4 hours hire to enable you to set up, decorate the hall and clear away.
