The Jubilee Meeting Room is ideal for smaller gatherings. It has separate access both from the main door, and from the covered terrace and lawns outside. It is large enough for a meeting of up to 70 people in cinema-style seating or about 40 for meetings with tables. Please ask us about your particular requirements and we can advise on the basis of our experience. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which are complimentary to the hirer.
The Jubilee Meeting Room is fitted with a full range of audio-visual equipment and a broadband connection. A wired microphone is available. The room includes a sound loop and surround sound speakers. Use of all equipment is included in the hire charges and the hirer will be briefed in its use at the time of hire. Please note that the use of these resources is included in the hire charge. The conections to the digital projector are through an HDMI connection or a legacy VGA socket. It is impossible to provide adaptors for the many variations in connecting this configuration, therefore hirers are recommended to bring the approprate adaptors with them.
The Jubilee Meeting Room can be hired separately to the main hall, or in conjunction with the main hall for larger events. It may be advantageous to look at our package deals. It is possible to add on the hire of our excellent kitchen if you wish to prepare a meal for your event on the premesis.
